At Goths Club, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence. We believe that our products should be as close to perfect as possible—no matter the price point or your needs.

However, if you have received a product that is not up to par—even if it’s just a size problem—we want to hear from you.

Due to the color effects of different PC monitors and weather conditions, Color Aberration can not be treated as a quality problem.

For custom-made products, we can not accept any returns, except if the product is defective. If you find that a custom-made item is defective, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order and we will replace it at no charge. For all other products, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase and refund you for the full amount.

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of receiving your order, and include a detailed description of the problem with clear photographs. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2. Once Customer Service has approved your request, they will send you a confirmation email with a Product Return Form attached. Please submit the Product Return Form to us. Please kindly inform us the Tracking No. and inquiring website of the Express in time for us to tracing.

3. We will refund you within 3–5 working days after we receive your return package. If the original order is not received, we won’t be able to issue a refund but may resend it back
